Installation

Warning : you need to have git lfs ! To install it :

``brew install git-lfs``

**Install pyTEnrich from source**

Go to the desired folder where you want to install TEnrich and launch

``git clone ssh://git@c4science.ch/diffusion/11057/pytenrich.git``

You need to have access to LVG group on c4science.

**Using a python environment**

``python3 -m venv pyTEnrich-env``

activate python environment

``source pyTEnrich-env/bin/activate``

Install all dependencies in pyTEnrich-env using `requirements.txt` file

``python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt``
